What is BTLY Cable?
BTLY cable, the full name of the isolated (flexible) mineral insulated cable, is a new fire-resistant cable developed based on BTTZ mineral insulated cable.

Y—-Isolation Sleeve
- The conductor is a circular copper stranded wire (softer compared to the solid copper rod of BTTZ)
- The insulation layer consists of pure gold mica tape (no longer combined with extruded insulation material, thereby eliminating the generation of carbon particles and improving electrical stability)
- The metal sheath is a continuously extruded aluminum tube (greatly simplifying the copper tube drawing process for BTT and can replace the grounding wire)
- Isolation Sleeve (Cross-linked Insulation)
- Fire-resistant layer
- Outer sheath plastic (polyolefin Y or polyvinyl chloride V) (optional)

BTLY cables comply with rigorous international and national standards:
- BS 6387:1994 Performance Requirements for Circuit Integrity of Cables Under Fire Conditions
- GB/T 12706.1-2008 “Power Cables with Extruded Insulation for Rated Voltages from 1 kV (Um=1.2 kV) to 35 kV (Um=40.5 kV) and Their Accessories”
- Comply with the relevant corporate standards
