Engineered for reliability in moving applications, this highly flexible drag chain cable combines outstanding mechanical durability with consistent signal integrity. It withstands over 8 million bending cycles while resisting abrasion, oil, UV radiation, and flame. Designed as a control and power connection link, it performs reliably in cable carriers where continuous, stress-free flexing, free movement, and tight bend radii are demanded—all without derating electrical performance.

Typical applications include installations in dry or damp indoor environments where free, non-stop reciprocating motion is required without forced guidance. In practice, the cable runs inside a protective drag chain (cable carrier) to prevent tangling, wear, snagging, or scattering. 2. Can I get this cable with a different shield coverage or without shielding?
Yes. The standard design includes ≥85% tinned copper braid shielding for excellent EMI protection, but we can supply an unshielded version or increase the braid coverage to over 90% depending on your signal integrity requirements. Just specify your needs in the inquiry.

3. Is the PUR jacket resistant to welding spatter or hot metal chips?
Our PUR compound offers good resistance to intermittent contact with hot particles and is far tougher than standard PVC jackets in harsh industrial settings. For extreme hot-chip conditions we can also offer a special flame-retardant TPE or TPV jacket option on a custom basis—feel free to ask our engineers.

4. What core markings are available for identification?
We supply number-coded cores as standard (white numbers on black insulation). Color-coded cores following HD 308 or customer-defined color sequences, as well as color + number combinations, are available upon request. Please clarify your preference when ordering.

5. Do you provide testing certificates and data sheets?
Absolutely. Each production batch is tested for high-voltage integrity, insulation resistance, and dimensional compliance. A standard factory test report is included.
