Designed for reliable signal and power transmission in industrial automation systems, our sensor cables meet DESINA standards and carry full UL certification. They deliver consistent performance in control systems, instrumentation, and a wide range of industrial sensors — even under harsh conditions. The cables resist oil, coolant, lubricant, weak acids and alkalis, UV radiation, and extreme cold, making them ideal for complex chemical environments, outdoor installations, underwater applications, and areas with heavy electromagnetic interference. When used in drag chains, they achieve more than 6 million bending cycles without failure.
Key Features
- DESINA compliant & UL listed – meets global automation and safety requirements
- Low smoke, flame retardant jacket – modified PVC (standard) or PUR polyurethane (high-spec option) for enhanced fire safety

Why Choose Our Sensor Cables
Every cable is built to order under strict quality control. We offer full customization — conductor size, number of cores, shielding type, sheath material (PVC/PUR), and color — so you get exactly what your application demands. Our factory supports fast prototyping and short lead times for both standard and special‑spec sensor cables.

4. FAQ
What type of cable should I use for industrial sensors?
Most sensors output low voltage and low current signals. Unless you are working with instrument transformers (CT/PT), a multi‑core shielded cable is recommended. The shield must be grounded at one end only to reject electromagnetic interference. Conductor size can be relatively small if the cable run is short.
How do I choose between PVC and PUR jacket for sensor cables?
For normal indoor factory conditions, our modified PVC jacket offers excellent oil, chemical, and flame retardant performance at a cost‑effective price. If the cable will be exposed to constant flexing, abrasion, very low temperatures, or aggressive cutting fluids, a PUR (polyurethane) jacket is the better choice — it adds exceptional toughness and longer service life in cable carriers.
Is this sensor cable suitable for use in cable chains?
Yes. The cable is designed with a special flexible insulation and jacket system, plus optimized lay lengths, to withstand over 6 million bending cycles in drag chains. Please specify “continuous flex” when ordering so we can ensure the construction matches your bending radius and travel distance.
Do you offer custom color combinations?
Absolutely. In addition to the standard DESINA‑recommended colors (green, orange, purple), we can manufacture the sheath in any RAL color you request and mark cores to your wiring scheme. Minimum order quantities may apply for non‑standard colors.
What certifications do these sensor cables carry?
Our sensor cables are UL listed and manufactured to comply with DESINA standards. We can also provide cables tested to additional regional or customer‑specified norms (CE, HAR, GOST, etc.) upon request — just let us know which market your equipment serves.
